1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through corezano.eu, operated by Corezano, ul. Mała 39, Katowice, Poland. NIP: 6262437132, REGON: 525560451. Contact: corezanoo@gmail.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Products
Corezano sells PC components including graphics cards, processors, memory, storage and related hardware. Product images on our website are generated using artificial intelligence and are illustrative only — they may not exactly represent the physical product. Product specifications are sourced from manufacturers and are subject to change.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Przelewy24, which supports various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card and online banking.
Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 3 business days.
4. Orders and Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes a binding purchase agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered by courier. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at corezanoo@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product is defective, contact us at corezanoo@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
8. Liability
Corezano is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of purchased products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Katowice, Poland.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
