Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Return

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return any item purchased from Corezano within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original, undamaged packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals and included items
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Items that show signs of use, damage or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or refused entirely.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at corezanoo@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We will confirm your return request within 2 business days and provide return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to ul. Mała 39, Katowice, Poland
  4. Keep proof of postage — we are not responsible for items lost in transit

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • An incorrect item was sent

In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used at checkout via Przelewy24.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at corezanoo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.

7. Warranty Claims

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand. For warranty claims beyond the 14-day return window, contact us at corezanoo@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer.

8. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software that has been unsealed or activated
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
